푸르고 높은 가을 하늘에 사람들까지 푸르른 마음으로 물들어가는 좋은 계절입니다. 저희 경인미술관에서는 불혹의 나이를 훌쩍 넘기고 이제는 묵묵하고 의연하게 삶에 대해 관조적인 작업을 해 나가시는 백미옥 작가님을 초대하여 전시회를 준비하였습니다. 주로 풍경을 소재로 한 백미옥님의 그림들은 평온하면서도 열정적인 생명력에 넘쳐 있습니다. 공사다망하시더라도 함께 하시어 자리를 빛내 주시고 잔잔한 감동을 나누시길 바랍니다.

In this season of clear, high autumn skies, when even our hearts are gently tinged with blue,Kyungin Museum of Fine Art is pleased to present an exhibition featuring artist Mee-Ok Paik.
Now well beyond her forties, Paik continues to pursue her work with quiet composure and a contemplative perspective on life. Her paintings, primarily inspired by landscapes, convey a sense of tranquility while at the same time radiating a passionate vitality.
